Website terms

MechThai is the website and property advisory team presenting these pages. We help buyers request information, compare properties and arrange contact or viewings. A developer’s name, project brand or hotel brand identifies the property; it does not mean that MechThai is the developer, hotel operator or an official developer website.

Project descriptions, photographs, visualizations, plans and location information help you understand a development. Visualizations may show a proposed design. Furniture, views, finishes, dimensions and facilities can depend on the residence and the final specification.

Prices, available residences, completion schedules and payment terms can change. A displayed starting price or sample plan does not confirm that a particular residence is available on those terms. Ask the team to obtain the current details for the unit you are considering.

Sending a form, requesting a brochure or contacting the team asks us to follow up. It does not reserve a residence, accept a purchase offer, create a sale agreement or transfer ownership. Any reservation, payment or purchase depends on the relevant parties and the documents agreed for that transaction.

The team may contact you through the details and preferred channel you provide. Our Privacy policy explains enquiry handling, referral information and cookie preferences.

Before committing to a property, review its current price and availability, unit and project documents, ownership structure, specifications, payment schedule, ongoing fees and any rental-management conditions with the relevant parties and your chosen advisers.

General website information is not individual legal, tax or financial advice. Descriptions of rental potential, resale value, visas or ownership options do not guarantee a return, future sale price, visa approval or eligibility for a particular ownership structure.

Use the website and materials to assess your property requirements and make genuine enquiries. Project images, plans, branding and documents may belong to their respective owners; publication on this website does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse them.

Third-party messaging, maps, social networks and interactive tours have their own terms and availability. We may correct or update website content as new project information becomes available. To report an error or request clarification, contact info@mechthai.com.
