Privacy policy

An enquiry may include your name, telephone number, optional email address, preferred contact channel, Telegram username, message and the project or residence you selected. We use these details to respond, provide requested materials, arrange viewings and continue the conversation about your property requirements.

A request is stored in MechThai’s encrypted delivery queue and sent to the sales CRM for follow-up. A confirmation can mean that the request has been saved for delivery; it does not mean that a team member has already reviewed it. Submitting a form does not change your cookie preferences.

The site records first-party page views, contact-button clicks, consent choices and enquiry events. These records can include session and visit identifiers, the project, language, page URL, referrer, country information, timestamps, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. They help us understand where enquiries came from and check whether our contact tools work.

Contact details entered in enquiry forms are handled separately from website activity events. Hosting and delivery services also receive technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser information and the requested URL. First-party operational tracking is separate from optional third-party advertising and analytics tags.

The site uses cookies and browser storage for language, cookie preferences, session identifiers and referral attribution. Browser attribution history and associated persistent identifiers are retained for up to 730 days; older attribution entries are excluded when the history is read. Session storage normally ends when the browser session ends. Language and consent preferences can remain until you change them or clear browser storage.

Optional analytics and advertising start disabled in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when the visitor’s region is unknown. In other regions they may start enabled. A saved visitor choice takes precedence over the regional default.

Use Cookie settings on the website to accept, refuse or change optional analytics and marketing preferences. Choices are stored separately for each host, so review the settings on any MechThai project subdomain you visit. Clearing browser storage can remove a saved preference and cause the default or prompt to appear again.

When enabled under your effective consent settings, Google tags may measure visits and advertising results through Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google may receive page and device information and use cookies or similar identifiers. If remarketing is enabled, Google and other advertising providers may show MechThai advertisements on other websites based on previous visits. Cookie choices and Google account settings affect this use.

MechThai uses Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for media delivery, Neon for database services and a shared sales CRM and communication tools to handle enquiries. These services support the website, storage and sales follow-up. Information relevant to your request may be shared with a developer or another property professional when needed to respond to that request or arrange the service you asked for.

Following a WhatsApp, Telegram, social-media or external document link takes you to another service. Interactive tours can also load an external provider after you choose to open them. Those services handle information under their own policies and settings. Providers may process information in countries other than the one from which you contact us.

Enquiry and CRM records are separate from browser storage. Clearing cookies does not delete a request already sent to our team. To ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or tell us how you prefer to be contacted, email info@mechthai.com. Include enough context for the team to identify the enquiry.
